Torii Nelson

Torii  has been an active career coach for professional adults in a large financial institution.  It is the result of this work that a need was identified to skill-up teenagers so they are better equipped to plan for their futures.  “Too often adults are stuck in roles as a result of necessity.  By ensuring teens understand what they like to do early in their high school years they will choose careers more closely matched to their own preferences”. 

Torii graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in English and acquired her Certified Human Resources Management Program diploma from the University of Guelph.

Susan Honderich

Susan’s ability to identify key talents, and provide coaching to people helping them reach their potential and desired career has been demonstrated throughout her Human Resources career.  Susan has been a Consultant, Coach and Leader in Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations & HR Operations.  Susan brings a wealth of career knowledge from the Retail, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services sectors and studied Human Resource Management at Conestoga College.
